Research
Research projects can help assess the current state of an issue and needed changes for a better future state. These projects can involve gathering insights on community health, unmet needs of community members or stakeholders, behavioral health program gaps, program evaluations, product development support (beta test evaluations) and many others. Past projects have used community conversations, appreciative inquiry, one-on-one interviews, and surveys to collect data from stakeholders to distill themes and insights for actions needed to improve programs, advocacy and community member education. Touchcast can provide qualitative and or quantitative analysis and insights.
-
Community Engagement
Community Engagement projects can focus on community capacity building to: 1) close gaps in services, 2) identify needed changes, 3) improve system efficiencies, and or 4) expand awareness of critical issues and their impact. Past Community Engagement projects have focused on the opioid crisis and suicide prevention outreach programs for local veterans, first responders and active duty community members. These projects leveraged collective impact approaches along with an institutional logics lens and social network analysis to achieve goals and assess impacts for clients in the public or private sector.

Educational Workshops
Experience from higher education and practice brings expertise for facilitating workshops on a wide range of topics and can include facilitating panel sessions with subject matter experts, participant engagement and identification of follow-on actions to support organization or community priorities. Workshops can focus on learning, knowledge sharing and supporting organizational change management. These engagements are tailored to help the customer get participant input and engagement on needed changes, adoption of policies, and cultural transformation.
